3. Formation of Committee: (1) There will be a committee named Humla Hospital Development Committee for the management and operation of Humla Hospital.
(2) The constitution of the committee as per sub-section (1) shall be as follows:-

(a) A person nominated by the Ministry from amongst the distinguished persons – Chairman
(b) Chairman-Member of the respective Village Development Committee of the area where the hospital is located (c) District Development Committee, authorized level representative of Humla – Member
(d) Officer level representative of District Administration Office, Humla – Member
(e) President of District Industry and Commerce Association, Humla - Member
(f) President – ​​Member of District Red Cross Society, Humla (G) One member nominated by the committee among the women of the ward related to the village development committee of the area where the hospital is located. (h) One member nominated by the committee from among the women involved in health services (i) Medical Superintendent of the Hospital - Member - Secretary

(3) The term of office of the chairman and nominated member of the committee shall be two years.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (3), if the chairman and nominated member do not fulfill their official duties or do any work contrary to the interest of the committee, the ministry may remove him/her at any time.
